Napa Fitness: Daily Workouts is operated by 123. These terms describe use of our general fitness app and related website. Read them together with our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for using the service lawfully and for providing information that accurately reflects your situation. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

Workouts, nutrition tips, recovery indicators, and AI-generated suggestions are for general fitness and information. They are not medical or dietetic advice, a diagnosis, treatment, or a guarantee that an exercise is suitable for you.

Use your judgment, follow instructions, and stop exercising if you experience pain or concerning symptoms. Seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional about symptoms, injuries, or medical conditions. Do not use the app to determine whether an injury has healed.

Progress varies with individual circumstances, consistency, nutrition, and other factors. We do not guarantee a particular change in weight, appearance, measurements, or strength.

Keep your sign-in account secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share access, impersonate another person, or submit information about someone else without authorization.

Some app settings are stored locally. Account sync and purchases require a working connection and supported provider services.

PRO features may be offered through monthly or yearly subscriptions. The store purchase screen specifies the current price, currency, billing period, taxes where applicable, and renewal terms. That screen controls the purchase you authorize.

A 7-day free trial may be offered only with the yearly plan to eligible subscribers when configured and available in your store. Monthly subscriptions do not include this trial. Previous purchases and store eligibility rules may make a trial unavailable.

Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless canceled through the store. At the end of an eligible trial, the yearly subscription renews at the price disclosed during purchase unless you cancel before the store’s cancellation deadline. Follow the deadline and instructions shown by your store.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in Google Play or Apple account settings. Uninstalling the app or deleting your Napa Fitness: Daily Workouts account does not cancel a store subscription. Refund requests follow the store’s procedures and applicable consumer law.

Do not attempt to access another person’s information, bypass purchase verification or security controls, interfere with the service, or send abusive or unlawful content.

The app, branding, and exercise content are provided for personal use. Do not redistribute or commercially exploit protected materials without permission. AI output may contain errors and should not be treated as professional advice.

Features may change, and outages can occur. We may restrict access when necessary to address abuse, security incidents, or legal requirements. Changes affecting a paid subscription will be handled subject to applicable store rules and consumer rights.

You can stop using the service and request deletion at any time through our account deletion instructions.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer guarantees. No statement here removes mandatory protections available in your country.

Disputes, liability, cancellation, and refund rights are subject to applicable law. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive statutory consumer rights.
