1. Open Napa Fitness: Daily Workouts and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open Profile and find Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. You may need to sign out and sign back in for a recent security verification.

If deletion reports an error or says some data could not be removed, email support so we can finish the request.

You do not need to reinstall the app to submit a request. Email phamvuonghoangnhat@gmail.com with the subject Napa Fitness: Daily Workouts account deletion request, your account email, and your sign-in provider.

We may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting its records. Do not send passwords, payment card details, or identity documents in your initial email. We will confirm the outcome by email.

A full account deletion request covers your Napa Fitness: Daily Workouts account profile and sign-in association, body metrics and goals, training preferences, generated plans, workout history and streaks, discomfort feedback, and subscription entitlement records held by us.

On-device cached information is cleared by the app’s account-deletion flow. You can also remove local app data by uninstalling the app. A deletion request does not delete your Google or Apple account.

Apple and Google maintain their own payment and transaction records. Their retention is governed by their policies. We will explain any legally required retention that applies to information held by us.

In-app deletion attempts to remove your active account records immediately. Requests sent by email require identity verification and processing by the developer. We will respond within applicable legal deadlines and communicate any permitted extension.

Restricted backup copies may retain deleted information for up to 7 days before scheduled expiration.

Account deletion does not cancel recurring billing. Cancel your subscription with the store before deleting your account if you do not want it to renew.
